BOYS GOLF: There will be a mandatory boys golf meeting March 12th after school in Mr. Parson’s room. That (March 12th) evening at 7 p.m. there will be a parents meeting in the media center. Golfers, be sure to inform your parents of this meeting.

PEOPLE PARTICIPATING IN THE BLOOD DRIVE ON MARCH 6TH:
If you signed up to donate blood and are 16 years old, you must complete a parental consent form. They must be returned to Ms. Zondo or Maddy Bonner before giving blood on Friday. (If you are 16 years old and did not receive a form when you signed up, see one of the people listed above.)

Juniors/Seniors that can register to vote – please check the registration link TODAY since it was blocked on Chromebooks yesterday. Help UHS receive the Carrie Chapman Catt Award!

We will be using Trimester 2 final grades for our “F” list for this week. The list will be pulled Thursday morning and students with a failing grade will have Chromebook and study hall restrictions for the following two weeks.

Students in Comp II may be asked to move to 6th hour if it works in your schedule. Please check your email today to see if you are chosen.

The last day to change your schedule is NOON ON THURSDAY. The last day to drop a class for a study hall is Friday, March 13.

TODAY is the free “Understanding Financial Aid” meeting for juniors and their parents. John Holland with ICAN will review the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) process, scholarship info, and more. Join us from 5:30-6:30 in the high school library!

MVP mentors will meet Thursday during WIN.

The Ascalon Masonic Lodge Scholarship is due THURSDAY to Mrs. Kriz.

The Robert Smiley Scholarship is due FRIDAY to Mrs. Kriz.

The Myers-Gordy-Pippert American Legion Scholarship is due March 9 to Mrs. Kriz. This is open to any Dysart-Geneseo senior.

La Porte City Women’s Club Scholarship is due March 13 to Mrs. Kriz. This is open to any senior of UHS.

There will be a BOB meeting during WIN Friday, March 6th in the Board Room.

Volunteers are needed for Special Olympics, Sunday, March 8 at the Unidome from 9:15-3pm. Sign up sheet is in the office. Any questions see Mrs. Gassman.

Thanks to everyone who has donated to the fundraising efforts for the Cedar Bend Humane Society. We have raised over $300 so far! Over the next four weeks, you have the chance to contribute to the donation drive. Bring donations to your advisor by Friday each week to compete.
