The Union Girls Tennis Team is competitively in the middle of the post season. Alexa and Belle Weber punched their ticket to compete together in the Iowa State Girls Tennis Tournament June 2 and 3rd. YAY BELLE AND ALEXA!!! The girls take on Carrol-Kemper Catholic School tomorrow as a team for their chance to enter the state tennis team tournament. They have a great chance to go on to compete as a team next against our friends at Columbus right up the road. If you see anyone from the girls tennis team, please congratulate and wish them well as they enter their final competitions as individuals and as a team.

The water fountains are now open and available for use so there are NO water bottles available in the office.

MVP v2.0 is coming back for the 2021-22 school year. Students in current grades 10 and 11 are eligible to apply to be a mentor. Pick up the short application on the guidance office door.

Students: The last day to order a yearbook will be May 26. You can order one through the office or online. See Mrs. Warren with any questions.

Applications for the Tama County Fair Queen contest are now in the main office. Applicants must be between 16 and 21 years old by August 10, 2021. Applicants must be a member of any service organization (4-H is not a requirement) and reside in Tama County. Applications are due by June 1.

The La Porte City Aquatic Center taking applications for lifeguards for the 2021 summer season. If you wish to apply or have questions, please contact LPC City Hall at 319-342-3396.
