Wednesday, September 2nd 2020 Red day #5

The last day to drop a class (with drop sheet) is next Thursday, September 10. You must maintain four academic classes in your schedule to drop; only a study hall can be added. Please see Mrs. Kriz, if needed.

Are you in grades 10-12 and want to take on a leadership role while helping your community? Consider applying for Teen Trust. This program is run through the Community Foundation of Northeast Iowa and comprises 24 students from Black Hawk County. Over the course of a year, students get to give out $15,000+ in grants to local nonprofit while learning about your community and philanthropy. It’s a great way to grow in your leadership and give back. Applications are due by October 2, 2020. Students can find the application link on their website at CFNEIA.org/TeenTrust. If students want to learn more about Teen Trust or have any questions, they can check out the Facebook page (@CFNEIATeenTrust), Instagram (@CFNEIATeenTrust), website, or email Bekah Bass at bbass@cfneia.org.

If anyone in Mr. Loftus’ classes has a project from last year, you can pick them up after school all of this week. Friday will be the last day to pick up projects from last year, after that they will no longer be here.

Happy Birthday today to:
