SILENT AUCTION SHEETS ARE IN THE OFFICE!!! BE SURE TO GET THOSE BIDS IN!!! Items up for bid are a box of sour patch kids and a box of candy bars!!!! The auction ends at 8:30 am next Wednesday, September 30th. GOOD LUCK!!!!!

The 2026-27 UMS Dance Team sign up has been sent out…. So be sure to get signed up if you are planning to go out for dance team. Please make sure you have a current physical on file to participate. Deadline to register is TODAY ( Friday, September 25th. ) Thanks

7th Graders: The Iowa League of Cities invites 7th-grade students to participate in the “If I Were Mayor” essay contest, sponsored by Snyder & Associates, promoting civic engagement and leadership. Regional winners receive scholarships, and a statewide winner is honored at a city council event. Mayors and educators want to encourage student involvement in local government. Stop in the office for more information.

The Wolf Creek Players are excited for their upcoming play, “The Many Disguises of Robin Hood” . They are looking for any K-12 students, who would like to participate. There are many parts available… Dates for practices, etc are 11/1/26-11/8/26, all practices and performances will be here at UMS in the Auditorium . School Pictures were today, Friday, September 25th. A few reminders for pictures:

Every student will be photographed
Order forms can be filled out and returned with payment on or before picture day
Alternatively, online payments can be made with a credit card up to 48 hours after picture day (no service fee) at https://shop.imagequix.com/g1001402173
Pictures will be available to purchase throughout the year. Please note, after sale prices are a bit higher, and shipping will be charged and parents will need their child’s Student ID number (or lunch number) to access the picture.
