GOOD LUCK tonight to the freshmen and JV volleyball teams who are playing Waterloo United here at UHS!!!

Each year, our state sends two students to Washington, D.C. for a week in March to work with/learn from some of our elected officials. This is open to juniors or seniors interested in history and/or politics and have a leadership position within our school (student council, NHS, etc). Apply for the United States Senate Youth Program by October 1, 2026. Students may also receive up to a $10,000 scholarship.

Tomorrow (9/1/26) is the 2-week drop deadline for Hawkeye Community College courses. This means if you drop, the class will not show up as a “W” on your college transcript. Please see Mrs. Kriz if you need to drop a college class.

PROM DATE CHANGE: Please note that the junior/senior prom is set for Saturday, April 24th 2027.
