  • Silver Cord Hours are updated  (as of Thursday, April 17th)

 Please check them out….. They are posted on the board across from the office. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. Only the students that have hours are posted .  Thanks 

  • 8th Graders if you have an additional Silver Cord Hours to turn in please bring them in to the office by Thursday, May 7th. Thanks
  • The Tama Soil and Water Conservation District is offering  a 2026 Conservation Poster Contest. If you are interested we have information packets in the office. It is open to Kindergarten through 12th grade students. The deadline to submit your poster is Friday, May 1st. 
  • SILENT AUCTION SHEETS ARE  IN THE OFFICE!!!  Item up for bid is  another 27 INCH MONITOR AND KEYBOARD SET, bidding will end on May 1st at 9:45 am.  GOOD LUCK!!  
  • 6TH GRADERS::   ALL CHORUS GROUPS  (A, B, & C)   WILL NEED TO REPORT TO CHORUS  on RED DAYS…. through May 8th . 
  • 8th Graders:  There will be a Parent/Player high school football meeting this Sunday on April 26th at 7 pm in the high school auditorium  (Laporte)  We strongly encourage at least 1 parent to accompany each player. If you are unable to attend the meeting please let Coach Pospisil know.   
  • ELA Classes this week;  Ms. Erickson’s classes report to Ms. Aalderk’s classroom.  Mrs. Lorenzen’s classes report to Mrs. Driscol’s Computer Lab. . Thanks
  • Our  AMAZING UMS Bands will be having their Spring Concert on Monday, April 27th right here at UMS. The concert starts at 7:00 pm.  I hope you can come and listen!!! 
  • Good Luck to our Girls Track teams today. They are heading to AP. Please dismiss the girls and managers at 2:25 pm this afternoon. The bus leaves at 2:35 pm.  GO KNIGHTS!
