GOOD LUCK tonight to the JV and varsity basketball teams who are hosting Wapsie Valley!! An FYI that the boys JV game will be played in the main gym and the girls will play in the upper gym tonight. Also see the attached flyer regarding the Booster Club’s spaghetti supper tonight in the cafeteria.

GOOD LUCK tomorrow to the JV boys wrestlers who are headed to Independence and to the varsity boys who are wrestling in Cascade!!

The next FFA meeting will be SUNDAY, January 19, at 3:00 PM in the Ag Room. Social includes bowling and Pizza Ranch in Vinton. Contact Mrs. Damro if you forgot to RSVP for the social.

There is now a softball sign up in the office. There will also be a softball meeting during WIN on Tuesday, January 21st in the auditorium. Please choose Mr. Bruns if you want to go to the meeting.

Hopes Bridal and Prom is hosting a Union prom party on February 2nd from 3-6pm at their Atkins location. Come shop and get 15% off your amazing dresses. Hopes will also donate $15 to our Post Prom activities for each dress sold.

There is a BOYS AND GIRLS golf sign up on Mr. Slater’s door until Monday, January 20th. Add your name to the list if you plan on going out this season.

The girls tennis team will be looking to fill a position on their SPRING AND FALL 2025 teams as Girls Tennis Manager for the season. Our applicant can choose to be a manager or you can choose to volunteer your time for Silver Cord volunteer hours. Either way you choose to donate your time, we would appreciate the extra hands and help. Please see Coach Wittenburg to apply!
