Congratulations Jill Hanson, Brandon Frush, and Brady Spence for being named Borlaug Scholars yesterday during the Iowa Youth Institute at Iowa State University. They will each receive a $1,000 scholarship and are eligible to advance to the Global Youth Institute in October.

Students, are you looking for a Summer job? The Dysart Family Aquatic Center is looking to hire lifeguards for the 2023 Summer. If you are interested, please contact the City of Dysart or Peg Hennings for more information.

Students that might take the Summer Nurse Aide course through Hawkeye – if you want a job prior to the class finishing, you can apply at La Porte City Care Initiatives! They will hire you as a non-certified aide until class begins, help develop your skills and pay you while you’re in clinicals. Pay is up to $19 and flexible hours. Pick up information in the main office.
