THURSDAY, OCTOBER 13TH BLACK DAY DAY 6

  • The 7th and 8th grade wrestling sign – up is located in Mr. Dunkelberger’s room.  Practice will begin on October 25th.
  • Also, any 7th and 8th grade girls wanting to go out for basketball please sign up in Ms. Uhlenhopp’s room.   
  • Reminder:   If you are going out for Cheer, Basketball, Wrestling, or Dance you need to have a current physical on file.  Just stop in the office if you have any questions. 
  • Club Dysart  is putting on a  UMS   (6th-8th grades)  Halloween Dance on Friday, October 28th from 7-9 pm at the Dysart Community Building.$5.00 to get in. Prizes for scariest costume and most original costume (no masks). Snacks, pop, and water available for $1.00.    NO RE ENTRY! 
  •  This week  is Fire Prevention Week !  This is a great opportunity to go over your safe escape plan in your home in case of a fire.  Be sure you have working smoke alarms,check those batteries!!!  When the smoke alarm sounds, get outside  and stay outside!!!  
  • The Silent Auction sheets are up in the office!!!  Items up for bid are 2 bleacher seats, a red bucket hat and a black bucket hat.   Bidding will end at 8:30 am  on October 31st.   Let the bidding begin!!!! 
  • 7th graders:   Don’t forget to turn in your Ewalu permission slips to the office. These have to be turned in so you can participate.
  • Congratulations to the 7th and 8th grade volleyball teams on a great season!! 
  • Congrats to Olivia Sheffler on receiving a BUG (Being Uncommonly Good)  Award, please stop in the office to get your award and goodies.
  • Good luck to our football teams today as they wrap up their season here at home against  Jesup .  Games start at 4:15 pm. GO KNIGHTS
  • Good luck also to our cross country runners today as they compete at their conference meet in LaPorte . Please dismiss them at 1:15 pm today.  GO KNIGHTS!
