ISASP TESTING IS NEXT WEEK: Here is what you need to know. Testing will be Tuesday (sophomores only), Wednesday and Thursday. PLEASE REMEMBER TO BRING YOUR CHROMEBOOK CHARGED. We will be running a 2 HOUR DELAY SCHEDULE both Wednesday and Thursday. Freshmen, sophomores and juniors need to be at school by 8:10 ready to test. Seniors, you will need to be at school by 10:10 AM those days. DON’T FORGET TO BRING YOUR CHROMEBOOKS.

Please see the attached flyer regarding a charitable project that Amin and Bacho are doing for their host community. BRING IN YOUR PLASTIC BAGS TO THE OFFICE instead of throwing them away and Bacho and Amin will prepare them to be made into mats for the homeless. PLEASE HELP OUT AND BRING YOUR PLASTIC BAGS TO THE OFFICE BY APRIL 1ST (NEXT FRIDAY)

There will be a PANCAKE BREAKFAST this Sunday, March 27th at Union Middle School hosted by our very own FFA. They will be serving up pancakes and other breakfast foods from 8 a.m. to noon. Cost is a free will donation and ALL proceeds go to the La Porte- Dysart FFA Chapter.

The following scholarships are due TODAY:
• Dysart Lions Club Scholarship – open to all seniors. Due by mail.
• Norma Anders Memorial Scholarship – open to seniors pursuing the field of education (teaching). Due to Mrs. Kriz.
• Robert Smiley Scholarship (local decision) – open to female seniors with 2.5+ GPA and lettered in one varsity sport each year. Due to Mrs. Kriz.

Farmers Cooperative Telephone Company (FCTC) in Dysart is looking to hire a part-time summer position. Job responsibilities include programming remotes to TVs, helping customers set up email, reconnecting to the internet, etc. If you are a senior and have an early release, they would even be willing to have you start sooner. If interested, please contact Mrs. Kriz.

DG Elementary is looking for student volunteers for their Family Literacy Night April 26 from 5:30-7:30 pm. Volunteers would be helping within classrooms with student activities. Please contact Mrs. Kriz if you want to volunteer.

Club Dysart is looking for student volunteers for their annual Omelet Breakfast on Sunday, April 24 from 8 am to 12:30 pm. Positions include food prep, table set up/cleaning, station refills, taking phone orders, etc. Please see Mrs. Kriz if you’d like to volunteer.

NHS members – remember to be at the high school by 1:30 pm Sunday for pictures! The ceremony starts at 3 pm.

PROM GUEST FORMS are now in the office. Juniors and Seniors please stop by and pick one up IF you plan on taking a guest to prom that is from another school (grades 9-12) or is a past graduate under the age of 21. Those forms need to be completed and returned to the office by Wednesday, April 27th.
