Wednesday, December 3rd 2025 Black day #4

Student Council will be taking Christmas cookie orders this Thursday and Friday before and after school. Cookies will be $1. Order one for yourself, friends, teachers, or family members! Cookies will be delivered on Monday, December 15. The proceeds will be split between Student Council and the Red Cross.

Anyone from Dysart looking for volunteer hours: volunteers are needed at the Dysart Community Foundation Pancake Breakfast (they help fund projects around the city).
It is 8-12 on Saturday, December 6, at the Dysart Community Building.

Students taking OW class/es should be about 80% complete by Wednesday, December 10.

There is no advisory this week. There is WIN Friday.

Hawkeye’s semester for online/on campus classes ends December 11. Anyone with a college textbook checked out should return it to Mrs. Kriz on December 12.

GROUP SPEECH: There will be a brief Large Group Speech meeting TODAY at 3:30 p.m. in the choir room. If you have a conflict and cannot attend, please let Kristi Martin know as soon as possible. Thank you!

BASEBALL: There is now a baseball sign up in the office. Please sign up ASAP (there is a clip board with the sign up on it near the Christmas tree). There will be a player/parent meeting with Coach Roseberry on Sunday 12/14 in the evening. (time TBD)

On Thursday, December 4 at 1:30pm, Union High School will be hosting a presentation on mental health and suicide prevention. Your parents received email communication regarding this presentation last week. Please speak with them about it. Parents would need to call the school if you need to opt out of this presentation. We will be following an alternative schedule on this day. That schedule is here:
