Thursday, September 11th 2025 Red day #1

GOOD LUCK tonight to the cross country team at their HOME meet at the LPC Golf Course!!

Congratulations to La Porte-Dysart FFA members competing at State Dairy Foods and Dairy Cattle Judging on Friday, September 5! The Dairy Foods team of Ben Rosauer, Maddie Schmitz, Olivia Schildroth, and Brandon Frush placed fifth in the state with a gold rating! Brandon Frush placed second place overall as an individual. The Dairy Cattle Judging team of Tia Butler, Keelan Even, Wesley Buckingham, and Jeremias Yuska received a bronze rating at the state contest.

You can find local apples from the AgEd orchard in the cafeteria at lunch. They might not be as pretty as the apples that you buy at the store- but they are safe to eat! AgEd classes clean the apples and shine them, any remaining spots on the apples can be shined off with a napkin or shirt… or even eaten! Have questions about the apples? Come see Mrs. Damro!
