FROM MR. HOWARD: The highway overlay project on Highway 8 from Highway 218 to Traer began yesterday, September 18th. As a result, the district has to change the site for our bus driver switch, which normally happens at 9 Mile Corner. During this construction project, buses will use the Ollendieck farm, 14825 Dysart Road, in both the morning and afternoon, to make the normal driver switch.

For those interested in signing up (if you are not already signed up) for Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA), please email/talk with Mr. Bergmeier or the student leaders, Levi Hadachek, Brynn Albertsen, or Reagan Glenn. There will be a meeting during WIN next week to discuss this year’s plans, including the Veteran’s Day Assembly/Meal.

What is FBLA and what does it do for you?
FBLA is a group that helps high school students prepare for life after school. This includes preparing students for careers in business, leadership and development of skills working both individually and as a team.
