TUESDAY, OCTOBER 10TH RED DAY DAY 3

                                         

  • The boys wrestling sign up sheet is in Mr. Dunkelberger’s room.  Practice will start on  Monday, October 23rd 
  • The girls wrestling sign up sheet is in the office if you would like to sign up.  Not sure of a start date yet… 
  • Silver Cord Hours have been posted.    They are located right outside the office on the wall.  Thanks
  • Students, be sure to submit your Friday song requests in the office…… Songs have to be school appropriate.   Thanks
  • For just one Got U  you can enter the PBIS  Prize Table drawing just stop in the office.  Drawing will be done on Fridays.   Good Luck! 
  • Mark those calendars for the PBIS DANCE coming up this Friday, October 13th right here at UMS!!!!   6:30 – 8:00 pm…. $5.00 to get in and snacks and drinks will be sold.  Reminder:  No transportation will be provided for this.   Hope to see you there!  Get those boogie shoes ready!!!  They are a lot of fun!!!!  You must have all detention time served in order to attend the dance. 
  • 7th graders!!!   Be sure to get your EWALU permission forms turned in ASAP!!!   With the field trip being next Wednesday, October 18th.  Also, please be sure to read the information sent to you regarding this Field trip!!! 
  • There will be a Battle of the Books Meeting tomorrow   ( Wednesday, October 11th)   during WIN  in Mrs. Spore’s  room.   
  • Congratulations again to our September Students of the Month:  8th Grade:  Chloe Sadler,  Kamryn Foulk, and Reese Anderson.   7th Grade:  Avery Weber,  Brooklyn Garcia,  and Kayla Toenges    6th Grade:  Blake Kaalberg, Brynlee Davis,   and  Paige Wenzell………..GREAT JOB!!!
  • UMS Dance Team Sign Ups went out by email… Please let me know if you  have any questions.   You can also contact Coach Graveman.  You do need to have  an up to date physical in order to participate. Practice starts next  Monday, October 16th. 
  • Good Luck today to our 7th and 8th grade football teams as they wrap up their season against AP.  Please dismiss the players and managers this afternoon  at 2:15 pm.  GO KNIGHTS! 
  • This week is Fire Prevention Week!!  Please make sure your family has an exit plan in case of a fire in your home.  Also, be sure to change the batteries in your smoke detectors or at least check them to make sure they are working properly!!!  Check your fire extinguishers too!!!    Dysart students: Be sure to turn your porch light on this evening to show the firefighters that you have practiced your escape plans!
