- Mark your calendars: There will be a Valentine Dodgeball and Dance coming up next Saturday, February 11th. Dodgeball will start at 5:00 till 7:00 pm and then the dance to follow from 7-10 pm. We have Dodgeball Forms available in the office. $20.00 a team ($2.00 per person) 5 boys and 5 girls. $5.00 entry for Dance and be sure to bring some money for snacks!!

- Gold Star Teacher Nomination Forms are in the office. Be sure to fill out a form for one of our amazing teachers here at UMS!!

- Congratulations to our 7th and 8th grade boys basketball teams on their great wins against Oelwein last night!!! The 7th grade team dominated with a 47-18 victory! The 8th Grade boys got a hard fought win over the Huskies. It was a team effort to pull away in the 4th Quarter. Keep it going for next week!!!
- Congratulations to our January students of the month! 8th grade: Bianca Grimm, Cooper Davis, and Skyler Mehlert. 7th grade: Libby Clark, Trevor Mullen, and Cam Pennell. 6th grade: Ivory Weisert, Kenley Hoover, and Brooklyn Garcia.
