Silver Cord opportunity coming up in Dysart. The Dysart Ambulance Service will be hosting their annual Pork Chop Dinner fundraiser at the Dysart Community Building this Saturday, September 10th, helpers are needed around 5:15 pm. They need help with clearing /setting tables, serving drinks and desserts, helping patrons to their tables if needed, possibly taking carry-out orders to cars and clean – up. Please stop by the office if you are interested. Thanks

If you are interested in trying out for the Wolf Creek Players upcoming play “Monster in the Closet” they are holding auditions this Sunday, September 11th from 1 to 4:00 pm at the Dysart Public Library, they are in need of 18 or more students for this performance. Also, if acting is not your forte, they are looking for help with setting the stage as well as backstage help. Congratulations to the cross country teams on their successful meet last night! Congrats to the boys team for earning first place! Top ten finishers included: Cooper Davis: 1st place, Shay Kinsinger: 2nd place, Trevor Mullen: 6th place, Grant Nielsen: 9th place, Tristan Kiester: 10th place. Lucy Parson finished 5th.

Congrats to the 7th grade football team for winning 12-0 against Wapsie last night. 8th grade was tied 8-8 most of the game, but lost 8-20.
