CONGRATS to Rebekah Dickerson who actually received two Division I’s for solo musical theater and acting at State Speech on March 12th. It was wrong in the announcements yesterday, my apologies. 😊

ISASP TESTING IS NEXT WEEK: Here is what you need to know. Testing will be Tuesday (sophomores only), Wednesday and Thursday. PLEASE REMEMBER TO BRING YOUR CHROMEBOOK CHARGED. We will be running a 2 HOUR DELAY SCHEDULE both Wednesday and Thursday. Freshmen, sophomores and juniors need to be at school by 8:10 ready to test. Seniors, you will need to be at school by 10:10 AM those days. DON’T FORGET TO BRING YOUR CHROMEBOOKS.

PROM GUEST FORMS are now in the office. Juniors and Seniors please stop by and pick one up IF you plan on taking a guest to prom that is from another school (grades 9-12) or is a past graduate under the age of 21. Those forms need to be completed and returned to the office by Wednesday, April 27th.

Simpson College (Indianola, Iowa) will be visiting Thursday during WIN for any sophomore, junior or senior interested in learning more about their college or those with specific questions about applications/acceptance/financial aid and more. Please select Mrs. Kriz for WIN and/or sign up through your Canvas Calendar.

ALL NHS MEMBERS should stop by the counseling office today to get your picture form for the induction ceremony Sunday.

Registration for Hawkeye Community College classes for next school year will be this THURSDAY. Students that already have Hawkeye accounts will attend at 1 pm and those needing new accounts will join around 1:30 pm. You will receive an email notification on when to attend. If Mrs. Kriz doesn’t have your registration grid for next year you CANNOT register for classes. Seats are first come-first serve so it’s super important to get your registration grids turned in ASAP if you haven’t already!

OW Unit 1 should be completed by today for Seniors and Thursday for grades 9-11 to stay on pace.

The following scholarships are due Friday:
• Dysart Lions Club Scholarship – open to all seniors. Due by mail.
• Norma Anders Memorial Scholarship – open to seniors pursuing the field of education (teaching). Due to Mrs. Kriz.
• Robert Smiley Scholarship (local decision) – open to female seniors with 2.5+ GPA and lettered in one varsity sport each year. Due to Mrs. Kriz.
