ISASP TESTING IS THIS WEEK: Here is what you need to know. Testing will be TOMORROW (sophomores only), Wednesday and Thursday. PLEASE REMEMBER TO BRING YOUR CHROMEBOOK CHARGED. We will be running a 2 HOUR DELAY SCHEDULE both Wednesday and Thursday. Freshmen, sophomores and juniors need to be at school by 8:10 ready to test. Seniors, you will need to be at school by 10:10 AM those days. DON’T FORGET TO BRING YOUR CHROMEBOOKS.
Please see the attached flyer regarding a charitable project that Amin and Bacho are doing for their host community. BRING IN YOUR PLASTIC BAGS TO THE OFFICE instead of throwing them away and Bacho and Amin will prepare them to be made into mats for the homeless. Farmers Cooperative Telephone Company (FCTC) in Dysart is looking to hire a part-time summer position. Job responsibilities include programming remotes to TVs, helping customers set up email, reconnecting to the internet, etc. If you are a senior and have an early release, they would even be willing to have you start sooner. DG Elementary is looking for student volunteers for their Family Literacy Night April 26 from 5:30-7:30 pm. Volunteers would be helping within classrooms with student activities. Please contact Mrs. Kriz if you want to volunteer.
Club Dysart is looking for student volunteers for their annual Omelet Breakfast on Sunday, April 24 from 8 am to 12:30 pm. Positions include food prep, table set up/cleaning, station refills, taking phone orders, etc. Please see Mrs. Kriz if you’d like to volunteer.
PROM GUEST FORMS are now in the office. Juniors and Seniors please stop by and pick one up IF you plan on taking a guest to prom that is from another school (grades 9-12) or is a past graduate under the age of 21. Those forms need to be completed and returned to the office by Wednesday, April 27th.
