Thursday, September 9th RED Day Day 1

  • Silver Cord opportunity coming up this Saturday, September 11th from 5:30 – 7:30 pm at the Dysart Community Building .  They are hosting their Pork Chop Dinner Fundraiser.  Please stop in the office for details!!!  


  • Students don’t forget to charge your Chromebooks every night so they are ready to roll for the next day!!!


  • If you want  seconds at lunch you have to have money in your account  or if you pay you have to have the correct amount.  You will not be allowed to go negative. Thanks 
  • 8th graders will be at Hickory Hills  for a field trip tomorrow!  Be sure to dress in comfortable shoes, etc.  
  • Please dismiss our cross country runners today at 2:35 pm for their meet in LaPorte.  Good luck!!!
  • Also, good luck to our 7th and 8th grade football teams today as they kick off their season against Wapsie Valley.  Please go and cheer them on today here at UMS, games start at 4:15 pm.  Go Knights!  
  • 8th graders:  DO NOT grab your sack lunch in the morning , Mr. Slack will be delivering them later.  Also, if you are not getting a sack lunch from school please remember to grab a lunch from home!!!
