There will be a meeting in Mr. Bergmeier’s classroom during WIN on Thursday, Sept 2 to discuss FBLA (Future Business Leaders of America) and the Veteran’s Day Assembly. Those interested, please feel free to attend.
Volunteer Opportunity: The Dysart Ambulance Service is hosting their Pork Chop Dinner fundraiser on Saturday, September 11th from 5:30-7:30 PM at the Dysart Community Building (upstairs). They are looking for some help with clearing tables, serving drinks, possibly serving food, helping guests take their plates to tables, etc. If you are interested, please contact Amanda Schneider at schneider719@gmail.com. You should arrive between 5:00-5:15 to go over roles and you can leave at 7:30 when we are finished serving (unless you want to stay longer to help clean-up).
The PSAT/NMSQT is a qualifying test junior students can take to enter the National Merit Scholarship Corporation competitions for college scholarships awarded in 2023. Learn more about the PSAT/NMSQT here. Money to test is due to Mrs. Kriz by September 10. The cost is $18.
If you did not complete the College & Career Fair Session Request (Google Form) in advisory yesterday, please do so as soon as possible. Any student that does not submit by Friday will be randomly assigned locations on the day of the event. You can find the link in the email from Mrs. Kriz.
If your parents paid for an activity ticket for you this school year, they are here in the office. Please stop by and pick them up.
JUNIORS AND SENIORS: For any girls interested in playing Powder Puff, there is a sign up outside of Ms. Patel’s room. The deadline to sign up is TOMORROW at the end of the day.
