Wednesday, April 14th, 2021 RED Day Day #5

  •  If you have GOT U Tickets be sure to put them in for our weekly drawing in the office.  BE sure to write your first and last name on the back of the tickets!!  This drawing will be for an item of your choice out of the case and a pizza coupon.   I will draw the winners on Friday! Good Luck!   


  • Reminder :  students please be wearing your masks properly and follow the arrows in the hallways.  
  • Silver Cord Opportunity coming up on Sunday, April 25th in Dysart at the Community Building.  Club Dysart is in need of volunteers to help at their Omelet Breakfast. Please stop in the office to get signed up.  
  • Silver Cord Hours have been updated again.  They are on the side  of the trophy case.  Be sure to check them out!!! Any questions or concerns just let me know! Thanks!   8th graders don’t forget if you plan to earn your 100 hours, please turn in your hours!  These will need to be turned in by May 21st.
  • Any 6th through 8th graders wanting to do foundational strength workouts,   there will be workouts here in the UMS Gym on Monday and Thursday mornings from 7:15 am to 7:45 am.  Come have some fun!   Transportation WILL NOT be provided for this. No workouts this Thursday (4/15/21)


  • Please check the list on the window by the office door.  These are the students who have already purchased a yearbook.  You can still purchase a yearbook if you want to, they are $20.00  
  • We have Drivers Ed registration forms in the office if you would like  to pick one up!
  • No lifting on Thursday morning this week.
  • Congratulations to all of our boys track members on the great performances last night!

           8th grade was 5th as a team with 64 points

7th graders were TEAM CHAMPIONS with 130 points (DNH 2nd 106)

8th Shuttle Hurdle of: Andrew Sadler, Gavin Rohrbach, Briar Mast, and Justice Luke

7th Shuttle Hurdle of: Preston Christie, Cooper Spore, Kolton O’Connor, and Ethan Winnike

7th Distance Medley of: Sawyer Spence, Mays Weber, Maddux DeWinter, and Cooper Spore

1600 m run: Sawyer Spence

100 m hurdles: Preston Christie

 

2nd Place finishers:

200 Hurdles: Andrew Sadler

800 m run: Sawyer Spence

Caden Sorensen in: 200 dash, 400 dash, and 200 hurdles

Sprint Medley Relay of: Mays Weber, Levi Hadachek, Cameron Mullen, and Maddux DeWinter.
