Seniors planning to enter the field of education should apply for the local McIntosh/Mathiesen/Niemeyer/Gassman Memorial Scholarship. The number of scholarships and amounts may vary pending the applicants. Due to Mr. Parson by next Thursday, February 25.

Simpson College will be here Thursday, March 4 during WIN for a visit with juniors and seniors. To attend, go to your Canvas Calendar and click “Find Appointments,” be in the UHS 2020-21 class, then click on the visit and click “Reserve” to submit your name. Accuplacer Testing is available Thursday, March 11 all day. If you want to test, sign up through your Canvas Calendar. Click “Find Appointments,” be in the UHS 2020-21 class, click on the time you want to test and click “Reserve” to submit your name. Students are responsible for communicating with their teachers and making up any missed work. It’s recommended to test during the period you have study hall.

“Career Focused Fridays” are a new WIN activity that starts up Friday! Available to all grades, you can join Mrs. Kriz in the board room to listen to career-focused panels and learn more about the fields and what you can do in high school to better prepare yourself. There is now a GIRLS SOCCER sign up in the office.

Girls interested in softball: All high school girls were sent an email regarding softball. If you are interested in softball this summer, please take a minute to fill out the form to sign up. If you did not receive the email or can’t find it, stop by the office and we can resend the form to you.

Boys and girls interested in track: You were sent a link last week to sign up for the spring track season. If you want to sign up and have not done so, let the office know and we will resend you the link.
