A HUGE CONGRATS to the Volleyball team for knocking off DNH last night and punching their ticket to the State Tournament!!!!! Those that were able to be there to cheer on the Knights got their money’s worth for sure.


Wrestlers: Per coach Mehlert you need to be at the wrestling room tonight at 6 p.m. to help get set up for the wrestling sign up/open gym.

Our University of Dubuque admissions counselor will be here tomorrow during WIN. Juniors/Seniors, please sign up by the end of the day if you’d like to meet with them.

Upper Iowa University will be here Friday at the end of 4th hour. Juniors/Seniors please sign up by noon Thursday to attend.

FAFSA completion appointments are Monday, November 11. If you have an appointment, you were emailed information and items to bring with. Please review and make sure to have your FSA ID created (both student and parent need one). Please let me know if you can no longer make your appointment!

Seniors can now pick up release forms for Trimester 2. Students must have at least 4.5 credits in their schedule, 3 hours or less of detention, and a 2.5 Tri 1 GPA to qualify. Forms are available in the guidance office on the table (light green).

If you are waiving PE Trimester 2 for a sport, please make sure to get your pink waiver signed by a parent and turned into Mrs. Kriz or the office. These need to be turned in by the first week of the new trimester. Mrs. Kriz will be emailing students soon if she doesn’t have their waiver yet.

Looking for something to do this weekend? Come and enjoy the UHS Drama Dept. presentation of The Trials of Robin Hood. The play is a comedy in the style of Monty Python, with King Richard trying to figure out who is telling the truth . . . Robin Hood, Maid Marian, or the Sheriff of Nottingham. The shows are Saturday at 7 p.m. and Sunday at 2 p.m. In Matt Auditorium. Cost is $5 and activity passes are accepted. Hope to see you there!
