- We do have Gold Star Teacher nomination forms in the office. Please take the time to nominate one of our amazing teachers here at UMS!!! Please turn in your forms as soon as you can.
- Any 7th and 8th grade girls or boys wanting to go out for track please sign up in the office.
- Any 8th grade boys who plan to play high school baseball should sign up in the office.
- Also, any 8th grade girls interested in signing up for softball, please check the sign up sheet in the office.
- Lip Off update! Congrats and a huge thank you to all the performers!! Be sure to check the email that Mrs. Driscol sent out. 6th: The Legendary Rock Star 5th: Getting Lippy with it 4th: The Nobody from Nowhere 3rd: Ernie Gang 2nd: No Time 1st: Just Cuz . The total so far is: $1,444.43
- Good luck to all the middle school wrestlers who qualified for the State AAU Wrestling Tournament!!! They will be wrestling this weekend at Wells Fargo Arena in Des Moines!!!
- Prairie Fire Theater reminders: There will NOT be a shuttle tonight or tomorrow after PFT performances. Please go and support our middle school students in the production of “Sleeping Beauty” tonight at 7:00 pm and tomorrow at 1:00 pm right here at UMS!!!!

- Congratulations to Lydia Albertsen, Adam Brehm, and Ethan Abrahamson They were all BUG Award winners this past week!!! We also want to give a shout out to our C3PO students this week!!! C3PO stands for Consistently Positive, Productive, Polite, and Optimistic. Our C3PO student include: Clara Carlson, Amilia Condon, Adam Brehm, Tommy Jantzen, Allison Timmer, Lily Lorenzen, and Sydney Anton. Thank you to those students consistently being positive, productive,polite, and optimistic.
