REMINDER: 2:15 dismissal today so NO WIN time and you will eat during 5th hour. Look at the TRI 2 lunch schedule that Mr. Slack emailed to you yesterday.

Students have three (3) days to change their schedules (dropping/adding) which means Tuesday, November 27th by 3:08 pm.

Students now have two (2) weeks to drop a class with a “W.” In order to drop, you must have a minimum of four (4) academic classes remaining in your schedule. A drop form is required to be signed by a parent and the teacher. The drop deadline is Thursday, December 6th.

Students waiving PE trimester 2 were emailed by Mrs. Kriz if you still need to turn in a signed waiver. Please return these to the office or Mrs. Kriz no later than Monday.

Ellsworth Community College will be here Tuesday at 10:12 am to meet with interested juniors and seniors. If you want to meet with the representative, please submit your name through the Google Form Mrs. Kriz shared with you.
Ellsworth Community College is a two-year community college (part of Iowa Valley Community College District) located in Iowa Falls, Iowa. They offer both transfer degrees and career/technical degrees and diplomas. They are known for their varied and in-demand agriculture and animal science programs including their Equine Management/Equine Science program. The Ellsworth Community College Panthers (athletics) compete as part of the National Junior College Athletic Association at the Division I and II levels which means they can award athletic scholarships.

Accuplacer testing is available on Tuesday, December 4th. If you are needing to test for college entrance, please sign up outside the guidance office.

If you are a junior or senior and signed up for the campus visit to Hawkeye Community College on December 6th, information will be emailed to you soon!

The new Creative Writing Club will meet on Monday, December 3rd from 3:10 – 4:00 after school in Ms. Jenson’s room. Everyone is welcome! If you have any questions, please contact Ms. Jenson.
