Dear Knights:

It is my privilege to welcome you to the Union Community School District. As I begin my fifth year serving our district, I am both honored and grateful for the opportunity to continue working alongside our outstanding students, staff, families, Board of Education, and community members.

There is much to celebrate within and about our district. Our schools provide safe, positive, and purposeful learning environments where students are challenged, supported, and inspired to succeed. Each day, our students demonstrate excellence in the classroom as well as in our many athletic, fine arts, and co-curricular programs. Our parents and guardians are valued partners who play an essential role in the education of their children, while our alumni continue to make meaningful contributions to our communities and serve as proud ambassadors of the Union Community School District. Most importantly, we share a strong sense of pride and belonging as members of the Knight family.

As we look ahead to the 2026–2027 school year, I am once again optimistic and excited for what lies ahead of us. Together, there is no doubt we will continue to build upon the district’s tradition of excellence by maintaining a strong focus on academic achievement, student well-being, and innovative learning opportunities.
The success of the Union Community School District is built upon the dedication of our staff, the support of our families, and the determination of our students. By working together and remaining committed to our shared values of excellence, integrity, respect, and continuous improvement, I am confident our best days are still ahead.
