For those interested in signing up for Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA), please email or talk with Mr. Bergmeier. There will be a meeting during WIN on Monday to discuss this year’s plans, including the Veteran’s Day Assembly.

What is FBLA and what does it do for you?
FBLA is a group that helps high school students prepare for life after school. This includes preparing students for careers in business, leadership and development of skills working both individually and as a team.

This year’s S.A.C.K (SIDS, AUTISM, CANCER, KICK THEM ALL) shirt fundraiser will be raising money for the Gray Warriors which is a local organization that donates money to families and victims of brain cancer to help ease the financial burden that is not covered by insurance as they fight their battle with brain cancer. HOMECOMING GUEST FORMS ARE IN THE OFFICE! If you are planning on bringing a guest from another school to the Homecoming Dance on Sept 21st, please stop by the office and get a form that will need to be completed by your parents and an administrator from your guest’s high school. If you have questions, please reach out to Mr. Bruns.

Do you like pickleball? Do you like helping others? Why not do BOTH! Plan to register your pickleball team by Monday, September 16th to help the Dysart Pickleball Organization AND the Parent Teacher Organization. $30/team AND YOU’LL GET YOUR $$$$ REFUNDED IF YOU WIN! Get signed up (SEE FLYER IN THE OFFICE) to play pickleball, help your community, and to fund improvements for yourself and for future players!

There is a sign up by Mrs. Deitrick’s room for players and coaches for the annual POWDER PUFF football game here at UHS. Players will also need to have a waiver signed and returned to Mrs. Deitrick by September 11th.
