There are still some tickets remaining for the musical BRIGHT STAR that will be showing right here at UHS this Friday and Saturday at 7 p.m. Here is the link to buy tickets or stop by the office to get yours. They are $5 a piece and it is sure to be an amazing show. What a great way to start off Spring Break!!!

The city of LPC is now looking for lifeguards for the 2020 season. Please go to city hall or on line at to apply. There is a certificate reimbursement program available.

Registration forms for next year’s classes are past due. If you still haven’t turned in a signed form, please do so ASAP! Without this form, you will not have a schedule next year.

If you signed up for a college class through Hawkeye (in the building, online or on campus) and didn’t attend the registration session Wednesday, it is your responsibility to see Mrs. Kriz to get registered. Seats in some classes are limited so you need to register ASAP. You need your Chromebook and Social Security Number.

Just a reminder that the deadline for juniors to register for the college campus trip (Mount Mercy University & Kirkwood Community College) is March 27 (Friday we get back from spring break). Sign up through the Google Form that was emailed tif you want to attend.

Dance Team auditions for the 20-21 school year will be Sunday, March 29th from 1-7 pm at Union Middle School. There are information packets in the office to pick up if you are interested. Please register online using the following link:

Students, on April 1, 2020 Lifetouch will be here to take group pictures for the yearbook. There is no particular order and we will be calling students up to the upper gym. Please let me know if there is a group missing and we will add it to the list. Thank you.
